Creative Strategy · Data Analysis

I kill 80% of your ad scripts before they spend a dollar. Measured, not promised.

I'm Sachit. I build and test the creative, then prove what's working with real account data, for high-ticket DTC and lead-gen brands on Meta. Every number on this page was pulled from the ad account it came from.

The actual problem

You're not short on creative. You're short on the two that would have worked.

  • You're testing more than you ever have, and CPA keeps climbing.
  • The reporting tells you what happened. Never why.
  • Every ad gets three days and a shrug.
  • And if I asked which of your live ads is carrying the account right now, you'd have to go and look.
That's not a budget problem. It's a selection problem. And it's the one problem that testing more creative makes worse. That's exactly what the industry will tell you to do next. I call the fix the Gauntlet: kill 80% before launch, ship only what survives.

What I actually do

Two things, done properly.

01. Creative strategy & testing

The Gauntlet means most scripts get cut before they spend a dollar. Only what earns its place ships. The same discipline behind the 13,000+ ads already tested to find the winners.

02. Data analysis

I build the tooling agencies only talk about: Clarity, my own analytics dashboard. You see what I see, which is exactly how a number like 36x ROAS gets verified instead of rounded up.

The engagement

What you're actually buying.

Two steps. The first is free, and yours to keep. The second is yours to configure.

Step one

The Diagnostic

Free · one-time
  • Your ICP written out, then the psychology sitting underneath it
  • Where your market actually sits on sophistication. At level 4–5, the angle carries the ad, not the claim
  • Full funnel audit: ad → landing page → checkout → upsell
  • Your last 30 days of ads scored by angle and by funnel stage
  • A kill list: what to switch off this week, and the reason for each
  • Written findings plus a walkthrough call
The findings are yours whether or not we go further. If the numbers say don't hire me, that's what I'll tell you on the call.
Step two

The Engagement

I'm not touching tracking or reporting on this one. If measurement is the constraint, add Data analysis above.

I build the creative and the measurement behind it: tracking, Clarity, and a weekly read on what's working.

Same creative output as Creative Strategy, plus the numbers to know which pieces are earning their place.

  • Handover notes, so whoever runs the account knows why each ad exists
  • Conversion and event tracking audited end to end
  • Clarity access, my own dashboard, the same view I work from
  • A weekly read on what the numbers actually say
The on-time guarantee. Kickoff means the day I have account access, not the day you sign. From there, every batch ships on schedule. Miss a delivery by even one day and that week is free: no charge if you're billed weekly, a week credited back if you're billed monthly. Not a ROAS promise, a delivery one: the one thing that's fully in my control.
The fire-me guarantee. If the data ever says this isn't earning its place, I'll tell you before you have to ask. Not a vibe check: it happens at the diagnostic, and at every check after. You'll never be the one who has to catch it.
No lock-in. The engagement runs month to month, or week to week. If it stops earning its place, you don't need my permission to end it.
Take this to the call Creative strategy is always the spine. Data analysis is the one add-on, and it's optional.

Context, not a promise: the flagship case study above turned $2,433 in ad spend into $87,686 in revenue over five weeks. That's one account, not a guarantee of yours. The same caveat from that case study applies here too. $300–$3,900/month is what it costs to stop guessing.

Onboarding

How it actually starts.

No mystery, no discovery-call theatre. This is the whole sequence, and exactly what each step needs from you.

Day 0
20 minutes
What I do

Ask about spend, margin, the offer, and where it's stuck. If it isn't a fit, you'll know inside twenty minutes.

What you do

Show up. No deck, no prep, no homework.

Week 1
Diagnostic
What I do

ICP and psychology, sophistication read, the full funnel audit, 30 days of ads scored. Findings written up and walked through.

What you do

Ad account and pixel access. Your real numbers on margin and order value. One hour, once.

Week 2
First builds
What I do

Angles chosen against funnel stage. Hooks written, then cut down to the survivors. Scripts and statics delivered, ready to ship.

What you do

One approval pass on the shortlist. That's the only gate in the whole process.

Weeks 3–6
The cadence
What I do

Ship weekly. Kill weekly, based on what the data says. Nothing stays in the queue on hope.

What you do

Twenty minutes a week if you want it. The dashboard is live whether you show up or not.

What I do

The angle bank grows and the data compounds. You always know which creative to run next.

What you do

Nothing new. The system running without you is the thing you hired.

Four things make this work, and none of them are hard to hand over.

You don't need a finished creative team or a rebuilt funnel before we start. The diagnostic is what tells us whether either one is actually the constraint.

This works if

  • You're spending $5k–$100k a month on Meta, or you're ready to.
  • Each sale or lead is worth real money: high-ticket, a considered purchase, or a qualified lead with margin behind it.
  • The product actually delivers. Ads make a good offer travel; they can't rescue a bad one.
  • You want creative and numbers that work together, not creative in one place and a report in another.

This doesn't work if

  • You're pre-product-market-fit and want ads to prove the demand exists.
  • You need an executor for a plan that's already written. I'll push back on the plan.
  • Margin is thin enough that paid can never pay itself back.
  • You want a guaranteed ROAS in month one. I won't give you one, and anyone who does is guessing.
Quick answers

The questions everyone asks.

Who is this for?
Brands spending (or ready to spend) real money on Meta where each sale or lead is high-value: high-ticket DTC, considered purchases, and lead-gen businesses. If you're at $5k–$100k/month in spend and creative or measurement is the bottleneck, that's my lane.
How do you charge?
A flat monthly or weekly fee, set by how many creatives a week you need and whether Data analysis is added on top. The pricing table further up this page shows the real numbers. You don't need a call to find out what I cost. I'd rather tell you honestly that the numbers don't support working together than take a fee for activity.
How do we start?
A 20-minute call. Bring access questions, a screenshot, or just the problem. If there's something real, the first step is a free diagnostic of your account and creative. The findings are yours either way, whether or not we continue.
Is that 36x number real?
Yes, pulled directly from the Meta Marketing API, and it's the retargeting layer of a full-funnel system, which is exactly why it's high. I show the whole funnel's economics on the call, not just the prettiest campaign. That honesty is the point.
How long before I know if it's working?
First ads are live in week two. But a creative test needs four to six weeks before the read means anything. Before that, you're looking at noise and calling it a trend. I'd rather tell you that upfront than sell you a two-week miracle.
Do I have to make the creative?
No. Angles, hooks and scripts are mine; that's the actual job, not an add-on. If a concept needs footage or assets you don't have, I'll tell you before it gets built, not after.
Who actually launches the ads?
You do, or whoever already runs your account. I build and hand off finished creative (ready to traffic, with notes on why each ad exists), but I'm not the one in your ads manager pulling the trigger. If nobody in-house owns that yet, say so on the first call. Better to know it then than in week two.
What if I already have an agency?
Then the diagnostic is the cheapest second opinion you'll get. You'll find out whether the constraint is creative, funnel or measurement. And if your agency is already doing it right, I'll tell you that too.
Where are you based?
I work remotely with brands across the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East and APAC, 7 countries so far. Async-first, with overlap hours agreed per client.
